Centric Engineers were engaged by the valued client “JLL” to undertake feasibility review of the existing BMCS upgrade and to provide a key recommendation for rectifying identified issues to improve energy efficiency of the building and equipment performance. Also, to conduct an inspection of the mechanical services main plant equipment, provide condition assessment, address current life cycle of the plant and to recommend various upgrade options with the most suitable and feasible solutions to improve energy efficiency of the building.
